Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in the feed mill or agricultural industry.
Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control processes.
Understand and implement ISO 22000: 2018 & HACCP
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse management.
Willing to work in Bekasi, West Java

Key Responsibilities:

Plans layout storage of raw material and finished goods in the warehouse
Managing raw material and finished storage to keep in good condition, minimize shrinking age and keep in buffer stock
Shrinking age reporting and analyzing
Manpower planning and development
Working together with maintenance for warehouse building repair and maintenance
Working together with HSE & GA related with pest control
Identify, analyze, and working on all issues related raw material, finished good, manpower, and warehouse
Ensure that all raw material ready placed after QC inspection and all finished good ready to deliver
Working together with production, AR, purchase, and PPIC related raw material (storage, incoming, also usage) and finished good (storage, stock, and deliver) 
Implementing all warehouse management, SOP to keep raw material and finished good in good condition and ready to use
Execute and monitor all the activities related to health, safety, and environment (HSE)
Work safely according to work procedures
Take corrective action when encountering unsafe conditions or unsafe acts and report them to superiors.
Ensure members under his/her supervision are healthy and safe during work.
Ensure that the work environment is clean, tidy, safe, and free from hazards.
Ensure emergency response equipment is available and ready for use
