Kualifikasi :

Job Descriptions:

Manage service counter operation and card recruiting booth inside the mall
Prepare a schedule of promoters and educate them as well as monitoring the productivity of promoters in term of target achievement
Achieve AEON Card acquisition target to increase new customer and AEON card sales at Delta Mas Area
Maintain good relationship with AEON Indonesia and AEON Mall

 Requirement: 

Age 25 – 35 years old
Minimal Bachelor/Diploma degree with any major background of education
Good in English both oral and written
Experience in Sales with a similar role for a minimum of 3 years, working in Banking Industry, Multifinance, or Retail will be an advantages
Strong in team monitoring, scheduling, and handling direct sales/card acquisition activities
Strong in leadership, team leading, credit card, sales, and direct sales
Strong in negotiation and communication skill with merchant and vendors
