Kualifikasi :

Qualifications & experience

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in InformationTechnology, Information Management, Business Management or equivalents.
At least 1 years(s) of working experience handling Customer Relationship or Product Implementation.
Knowledge or understanding of Real Estate related components will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
Solid communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiar with technology terms.

Tasks & responsibilities

Create a project plan for each stakeholder, detailing the tasks that need to be completed for the timely installation of application.
Educate stakeholder on how to use bulit application.
Collaborate with technical writer to create a user manual for each application and stakeholder.
Help stakeholder to install application and all necessary components.
Ensure that the project team is aware of key deliverables and project milestones.
Providing time estimates to stakeholder.
Manage the implementation of developed technology products for end user.
Work with Product and Development teams to ensure that each piece of the journey meets customers expectations.
