Kualifikasi :

• Minimal Diploma (D1 – D4)
• Pengalaman kurang dari 1 tahun

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

Deskripsi pekerjaan Business Development Aksoro
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate, negotiating, and dealing with clients to understand their needs also requirements
Develop and maintain positive client relationships
Supporting and updating candidates also clients through the whole end to end recruitment process
Keeping dozens of hiring processes on track simultaneously – including providing guidance, gathering feedback and pushing the recruitment processes forward
Work with internal team members to ensure end to end recruitment process is going well
Skills Needed:
Bachelors degree from any major, fresh graduate are welcome to apply (preferably from Management or Human Resource area)
Preferably have experience as a Business Development or similiar
Good analytical skill, good planning & organizing skill
Good communication skill and preferably a people person
Seek for fast growing environment
Willing to be placed at Yogyakarta (WFO)
