Kualifikasi :

Responsibilities:
Major role in S4 Hanna MM / PP model support for supply chain and operations.
Extend role to site overall IT affairs which included the IT security compliance, Infrastructure, network, End User Computing, applications software.
Be a key coordinator to connect global and regional S4 team to address local ERP problems.
Optimize local supply chain and operation working process.
Be a key player to work with Global Service desk or regional/global IT function team to address local IT affairs and demand. Included the desktop, laptop, Network, printers, office 365.
Maintaining inventory of site IT assets.
Manage local IT demand, lead local IT project to support business growth.
Administer servers in accordance with Axalta’s procedures and policies
Providing IT system security based on policies and standards 
Ensure maximum IT system reliability, especially during working hours
Create and update DRP on the server if an emergency occurs
Develop standard operation procedures related to IT activities
Training to users related to IT policies and carry out self-audits every 4 months
Manage IT assets by identifying and inventorying and making repairs if necessary
Create the necessary reports based on the database managed on the se

Requirements:
Professional qualification in Information Technology from reputable university with max 35 years old.
Minimum 5 years and above experience as IT both SAP/S4 Hana operations and infrastructure in manufacturer company is preferred.
Strong command in English.
Familiar with SAP/SAP 4 HANA e.g., MM, PP, OTC, STP
Good team player and able to work under minimum supervision.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Have worked with MNCs in a matrix environment.
Willing to be stationed in Jababeka Industrial Estate I, Cikarang-Bekasi
