Kualifikasi :

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate the maintenance activities for PET process to extended machine life services in order to support production process in delivering product as target and plant facility compliance to QSE standard as per KORE, ISO14001in an efficient manner and align to CCEP Indonesia way of working.

Key Accountabilities:

Responsible to Conduct inspection and testing to the cleaning and sanitation process (before and after the production process) and contribute to provide improvement ideas.
Responsible to execute autonomous maintenance review & process confirmation
Responsible Sets priorities for the automation function in conjunction with ME Manager
Responsible to Supervises the plant’s Process and maintenance supervisor to insure state-of-the-art automation projects and repairs.
Responsible to monitor & control Production process & Performance
Responsible to create report to monitoring all performance
Responsible to Develop RCPS and create ICard for production process & performance issue
Responsible to Execute action plan for production process & performance issue
Responsible to manage resource readiness (Workers, Machine & Production Hours)
Responsible Create/initiate/develop and drive a Project that covering following area at the minimum:
– Observation and analyzing of the rotten and repetitive issues* thru SPC/SSNX and/or other tool and application that disturbing and decreasing machine’ stabilization that impacting on OEE, MIFOT and/or Preform Quality
– Optimization and standardization of machine and process including but not limited to material management, chilling process, drying process, extrusion process, injection process, cooling process and packaging process
– Increasing effective and productive operations include but not limited to working pattern of the people in the shop floor (permanent, casual as well as contractor if need), effective and efficient change mold and other unproductive time that will impact to the OEE Plant/Line
– Review and improvement of plant energy and environment
Responsible to Calculate the saving and the benefit of the initiated project and make proper presentation and documentation
Responsible to Lead/drive/ensure the implementation of the project and monitoring the result until saving or benefits in return is achieved or delivered
Responsible to cooperate with Prod Mgr/MM to review and develop the effective and proper report to monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI) relating to Production area and make recommendations for necessary changes to drive improvement
Participate in meetings and collaborate with other section/division/department within/outside PSD to resolve ongoing issues or problems, implement new processes or procedures, and initiate new projects, plans or designs to increase preform plant efficiency
Conduct or perform research, investigation and/or study to get the best optimum, stable and productive process and operation of preform plant.
(Issue coverage as follows: Machine/Aux/Util Issues, also Operation Issue and People Issue)
Responsible to develop overhaul execution plan, conduct overhaul assessment, control and monitor spare part & resources (internal / external), Overhaul execution and monitoring, and conduct overhaul evaluation
Responsible to execute maintenance plan according company standard and regulation (incl. Identify machines condition and required corrective maintenance, and also conduct root cause analysis accordance RCA & RCPS principal)
Responsible to create & Propose PM & AM changes (Incl. provide feedback on the implementation of PM, AM, and also Predictive Maintenance in the factory area, and ensure that every maintenance activity is in accordance with the required standard manual book / operational standard)
Responsible to control and monitoring maintenance execution and ensuring the machines condition after maintenance activities prior to operating the machines.
Responsible to conduct maintenance execution at abnormality machine and machine testing and verified by production team member
Responsible to work with ME team/Mgr to ensure and confirm the quality, proper and complete maintenance of machine and equipment* to support a stable and reliable process
Responsible to work with ME team/Mgr to review and enforce maintenance procedures and methods
Become the bridging between Production and ME to ensure RCA is performed and conducted with discipline, sharp, effective and deliver results
Responsible to work with ME Mgr for establishing and conducting a PREDICTIVE program in Injection and AUX area to anticipate machine issue before occurred
Responsible to work with ME Team/Mgr to study, analyze, research and investigate that production machine and/or equipment is capable of operating within the specifications and tolerances established by the machine manufacturer and confirmed during PAT/commissioning. If not happen, then conduct a study and research how to overcome it and machine/equipment can be at the standard level as expected by its manufacturer
Collaborate and initiate discussion to conduct Capitalization project to improve machine/ equipment stabilization, reliability and sustained in order to achieve targeted plant KPIs and fulfill/exceed quality requirement/standard
Responsible to work with ME Mgr to review and develop the effective and proper report to monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI) relating to Production area and make recommendations for necessary changes to drive improvement. (Machine/equipment* coverages as follows: Injections, Dryers/ other Auxiliaries and Utilities)
Responsible to Ensure PM and task list refer to manual book, Supervise PM execution using PC mobile application and Conduct coaching-feedback to improve maintenance execution
Responsible to Provide direction and support to all Engineering Team Leader to ensure the implementation of a through planned preventative maintenance systems for all plant utilities and facilities are going well and established
Responsible to ensure and validate utility plant activities report
Responsible to support and coordination to the all Department to maximize productive of the CO2 plant output.
Responsible to Ensure utility supplies are operated in properly, efficient & effective and no interrupted production process (Incl. Conduct performance dialogue to review top issue and problem escalation and Monitoring daily operational checklist using PC mobile)
Responsible to conduct autonomous maintenance implementation during on/off operational
Responsible to implement preventive maintenance or restore to basic condition as scheduled
Responsible to monitor and supervise AM and PM implementation using PC mobile
Responsible to review maintenance performance in performance dialogue and conduct coaching-feedback
Responsible to review and monitor OIM finding by develop OIM closing report
Develop machine catalogue availability for all utility equipment and facility
Responsible to register all basic and strategic parts to Infor and develop min max stock
Responsible to review and analyze specific area to improve
Responsible to Develop improvement proposal reengineering or Mini ATP and approval
Responsible to conduct Improvement project execution
Responsible to Drive continues improvement in maintenance area using RCA or Icard
Responsible to improve quality maintenance activities, line improvement, and workshop management supporting in cost saving and efficiency
Responsible to execute corrective or improvement done by internal workshop team and review maintenance result effectiveness
Responsible to support reduce production losses and high maintenance cost process (Review and analyze production that has high muv result, Develop RCA and Icard, Follow up and execute RCA action Plan and review maintenance effectiveness and update Icard)
Responsible to Review all asset new installation, modification, and dismantled asset
Responsible to review PM tasklist related with manual book and PM quality and effectiveness
Responsible to Review and analyze plant improvement
Responsible to prepare improvement project planning, manpower, parts needed, and timing
To conduct review, study, research, explore, investigate, observe and deep-dive analyze of business requirements and technology innovation, adoption, change/upgrade/retrofit, replacement or desirable modifications to new and/or existing equipment and facilities in order to improve efficiency, reduce maintenance costs, reduce operating cost and achieve process optimization and machine sustainability/reliability.
This exercise could be capital project or operating expense project
Calculate and quantifying the benefits of the investment as part of the finalization of the Capitalization document and analysis
Lead and conduct the approval of engineering design, cost investment, project resources and project management; the activities include but not limited to project preparation, kick-off, coordination, installation/dismantling and commissioning to the plant, including fit-out generation.
Accomplishes specification inspection and cost control analysis of all contractors’ work performed in the plant for capital projects.
Monitor/control when machine/infrastructure is running to gaining the benefits as early as possible.
Responsible to communicate and follow up with vendor related nonconformance material
Responsible to communicate and follow up with internal (write off) related nonconformance material
Responsible Utilize industry approved methodologies to ensure proper inventory control of MRO parts, and supplies.
Responsible to develop waste and environment standard regulation (Gov and TCCC)

Identify area for improvement, develop improvement program and monitor the implementation to increase process efficiency, cost effectiveness, or increase productivity.
Work with POM/MM to implement and continuous improvement activities (11 Key Tactics, 5S, OE, TPM, problem solving, etc).

Prepare, monitor, control the annual department budget to ensure expenditure is in line with the Business Plan

Work with Plant Operation Manager and/or Manufacturing Manager to develop and implement overall strategies and key action plans, as well as resource management and special project (capitalization)
Take responsibility for providing and managing a work environment that is safe and without risk to health by ensuring OHS policy, plans, procedures, induction, training and work instructions are followed. Ensure that hazard management including identification, assessment and control are undertaken.

 

Education Background:
• Min. S1/D4 – degree (preferably major in Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering)
Professional Experience:
• Min. 4 years of working experience in PET Preform Manufacturing
