We are currently expanding our club opening in Indonesia. Thus, we seek passionate women to join our company and help us open Curves clubs; clubs created by women and for women. Curves clubs are not ordinary or traditional fitness clubs, we are unique as we care about Indonesian women and we will care for our women employees just like our family. We will strengthen Indonesian women and community through many activities and charities. Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

Deskripsi pekerjaan Digital Marketing Staff Curves Indonesia
Requirements :
– Women
– Min Bachelor Degree in any fields
– Outstanding knowledge in computer software skills
– Professional written and oral communication skills using English
– Proven working experience in digital marketing
– Demonstrable experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
– Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
– Proficiency in using advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant tools.
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
– Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities :
– Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
– Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others.
– Monitor and report on website analytics, using tools like Google Analytics.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and digital marketing best practices
– Maneuver digital marketing campaigns through all areas of the project life cycle
– Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
– Create engaging and informative content for our website, blog, social media platforms, and email campaigns.
– Conduct regular market research and stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
– Clearly understand and implement digital marketing campaigns
– Monitoring and analyzing data and building reports
