Macaca Merah Muda is a dynamic online retail company seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance & Accounting Staff to join our team. As a leader in online retail, we are committed to excellence and innovation. ️✨

Responsibilities:
Responsibility of offering valuable financial analysis, advice, and strategic information to support the decision-making processes within the company.
Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, including the preparation and analysis of financial statements.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial information and support decision-making processes.
Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations, implementing necessary adjustments to ensure compliance.
Utilize strong analytical skills to identify financial issues and propose effective solutions.
Communicate complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications:
Min. D3/S1 in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experienced in finance, accounting, or tax roles.
Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting
Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
