- QC SUPPLIER SUPERVISOR
Kualifikasi :
Qualification :
Bachelor degree in quality management, engineering or related field,
Excellent in English Communication (Japanese is Advantage),
Working knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001 : SNI Certificate, etc)
Excellent in Data analysis/FMEA/Measurement System Analysis / Pokayoke / Minilab / QC Tools,
Competent in problem-solving, team building, planning and decision making, analytical skills.
Scope of Responsibilities / Job Description :
Review and evaluate supplier quality data to identify process improvement opportunities within the supply chain,
Review supplier manufacturing processes, collaborate with suppliers on process improvement and value enhancement opportunities,
Review documentation of inspection across all areas. In appropriate functional areas, this refers to supporting inspection and test status requirements defined by regulation, engineering product specification or control plans,
Monitor and report on supplier product quality and performance understanding any commercial issues and impacts,
Lead quality audits for supplier,
Work with suppliers to resolve quality issues in timely manner, Investigate root cause and implement corrective actions,
Train suppliers on company quality requirements,
Review and approve supplier change request,
Ensure compliance and assist with adherence to the quality management system (ISO 9001),
Set department objective/KPI’s and review and assessment on going performance of direct reports,
Report on achievement of targets and identify any action required,
Manage and lead the team, ensuring adequate staffing levels, recruitment, training, development, appraisal,
Motivate and coach the team to operational success.
Experience requirements :
At least 5 years of experience in supplier quality control or a related role,
Experience of working in Quality Management System & SNI Certificate.
Skills / Competency
Excellent leadership and management skills,
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skill, organizational and follow up skills,
Familiarity with statistical analysis software (Minilab, etc),
Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
