Kualifikasi :

Job Description:

Developing a project schedule and budget for the project based on client needs and requirements
Developing and validating new project business core (painting and vacuum metalizing) especially in injection plastic automotive
Coordinating with core team and other departments within the company related to development activities and third parties/vendors to execute assigned project within scope and budget
Performing trial, validation activity, and mass pro declaration
Coordinating and monitoring subcount during development to maturation
Implement design assessment on subcount
Performing concept validation, design, and trial validation
Performing capacity validation, capability, and facility subcount
Estimating the amount of time and cost required to complete the project
Monitoring the progression of the project, including capacity, quality, and delivery during maturation process
Assessing potential risks, technical challenges, and develop mitigation plans to minimize project risks
Interacting and building a positive working relationship with clients and all stakeholders to clearly understand business needs and expectation
Ensuring each project adheres to project timeline
Overseeing the development of a project from beginning to end (planning design, implementation, and evaluation)
 

Requirement:

Diploma or bachelor degree from technical/industrial engineering major (Mechanical, Mechatronic)
Experienced in automotive industry minimum 3 years working experiences is preferable
Experienced in plastic industries will be preferred
Fluent in English (can speak Japanese is preferable)
Good analytical thinking and problem solving skill
Communication skill
Able to use Microsoft office (word, excel, and power point)
Well understanding and implementation of ISO 9001:2015, ISO IATF 16949, ISO 14001:2015
