Kualifikasi :

• Minimal SMA/SMK
• 1 – 3 tahun pengalaman

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

Deskripsi pekerjaan USHER / FIELD CUSTOMER SERVICE EASYRENT BALI MOBILINDO

7. Have a problem solving skills ( Strong customer care skills and active listening )

RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Handover the car to the Customer
2. Check and Explain the completeness of the unit at the time of handover
3. Good respons for any questions about product, services, etc
4. Manage communication between office’s staff
5. Handling complaints when dealing with customers

REQUIREMENTS :

1. Minimum 1 year experience
2. Willing to work in Shifting Schedule including weekend & Public Holiday
