Job Description:
We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Partnership and Business Development Associate specializing in the EduTech industry. This role will be an integral part of our efforts to expand our partner network and develop our business in the world of technology startups, particularly in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Identifying, evaluating, and managing potential partnerships with companies and individuals in the EduTech industry.
Identifying collaboration opportunities with educational institutions, educators, and other stakeholders in the education ecosystem.
Maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential partners in the education sector.
Leading negotiations for partnership contracts and agreements with a focus on innovative and sustainable educational solutions.
Analyzing market trends and educational industry needs to provide strategic input to internal teams.
Collaborating with internal teams, including Product and Development teams, to design educational solutions that meet market needs.
Requirements:
fluent in english
Experience: Previous experience in partnership development, business development, or education/EduTech is desirable.
Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and the local language (if applicable).
Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate and lead partnership agreements that are mutually beneficial, especially in the education context.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, market trends, and generate valuable insights for business development strategy in the EduTech sector.
Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and collaborative teams.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business, Education, or Information Technology is appreciated..
