Numbers of Recruited Talents: 15 Java Engineers (Entry Level)

Steps of Recruitment and Training in Indonesia
Step 1 General selection (February – March 2024);
Step 2 Administrative selection (March – April 2024);
Step 3 Interview in English by the Insan Selaras Indonesia (April 2024);
Step 4 Contract Offer by Hatarakimasu Indonesia (May 2024);
Step 5 Intensive Hybrid Training by Insan Selaras Indonesia (June – December 2024). It can be done while you are working in any corporation;
Step 6 Interview in English/Japanese by the Agency in Japan (January 2025);
Step 7 Interview in English/Japanese by the Recruiter in Japan (February 2025);
Step 8 Administrative departure preparation (March – May 2025)
Step 9 Departure to Japan
In Japan
Step 10 Preparation to live in Japan (5 Working Days)
Step 11 Start to work with the Recruiter
The salary is received after the candidate starts to work in Japan.

Contract period

Working hours

Job description :
