Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and creative Fashion Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of our unique clothing collections. The Fashion Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing fashion-forward pieces that align with our brand identity and resonate with our target market. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and play a key role in shaping the future of our brand.

Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and develop seasonal collections, adhering to brand aesthetics and design guidelines.
Conduct trend research and analysis to identify emerging fashion trends and consumer preferences.
Create sketches, technical drawings, and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
Collaborate closely with the Product Development team to select fabrics, trims, and embellishments that meet quality standards and design requirements.
Oversee the entire design process, from initial concept to final product, ensuring adherence to timelines and production schedules.
Stay updated on industry developments, innovations, and best practices to inform design decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
Participate in fittings and garment evaluations to ensure the integrity of the design and fit.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the design team, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

Requirements:
Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Fashion Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing original designs and creative flair.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant tools.
Excellent understanding of garment construction, patternmaking, and draping techniques.
Strong grasp of color theory, textiles, and fabric manipulation.
Demonstrated ability to translate conceptual ideas into commercially viable designs.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to feedback.
Passion for fashion, creativity, and innovation, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
