  • Customer Care and E-commerce Assistant

Kualifikasi :

This role will be focused on customer service and customer experience improvement. The Customer Care and Ecommerce Operations Assistant will engage with customers and ensure a high level of customer service.

The role will assist the Ecommerce Manager across our Customer Service and Ecommerce departments. You will work closely with our Ecommerce, Finance, Marketing and Logistics teams, ensuring that our customers are receiving a seamless experience. You will be responsible for customer service of the Australian & International website and across all social media platforms, hence required to be open to alternate working hours to better fit with the respective timezones. You will also be responsible for helping with Ecommerce in digital product management, including asset management, product description, tagging, and SEO optimisation.

This role is looking for someone with strong communication skills, both written and verbal, a high attention to detail and the willingness to do a variety of tasks with the ability to complete them in a timely manner.

With a customer-centric focus and approach, this role is accountable for delivering a positive, seamless and brand aligned customer experience across Faithfull’s Ecommerce Channel.  
 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service for Faithfull digital channels.
Responding to all customer enquiries received via, email, live chat & social media platforms in a timely manner 
Ability to help dissatisfied customers in a calm and professional manner to best resolve their problems
Monitor customer online orders and proactively manage any customer issues that may arise
Process refunds and returns with high attention to detail
Perform online customer order management functions, working closely with logistics team 
Website inventory management 

Ecommerce Operations:

Liaising with marketing team to support e-commerce plans & answer customer queries 
Assisting with product uploads for the website 
Assisting with product descriptions 
Assisting with integration of new website features
Assisting with site testing
