Dibutuhkan Untuk Posisi :

• HRGA Staff

Kualifikasi :

Stay updated on regulation of manpower & familiar handling Labor Union
Handling ISO Documents such as providing SOP on PGA section
Coordinate with Disnaker, third party (catering, transportation) 
Monitor and manage employees administration such as attendance, controlling PPE & safety during working of subordinates
Preparing overtime report, register BPJS Kes. (in & out)
Conducting training for employees 

Qualifications : 

Age 27 – 31 years old 
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from related major such as Law, Management, Psychology, etc.
Experienced at least 2 years working as HRGA Staff in Japanese Manufacturing Company
Has knowledge on regulation of manpower & familiar handling Labor Union
Experienced in conduct training
Ability to communicate in basic English & operate MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Good communication skill, leadership and problem solving skill
Hard working, honest, good health, could work as a team and willing to work overtime if needed
Placement in West Cikarang area
