Are you passionate about forging meaningful partnerships and driving revenue through strategic Business Developments? Join our team and be a key player in elevating our brand through impactful Business Development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development Strategy:
• Develop and execute Business Development strategies for both football and non-football activities, aligning with company goals.
• Identify and prioritize potential Partner based on their relevance to the football industry and target audience.
Relationship Building:
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential Partners, industry partners, and key stakeholders in the football community.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand sponsor needs, ensuring alignment with event objectives.
Proposal Development:
• Assist in creating compelling Business Development proposals, highlighting benefits and value propositions for potential Partners.
• Customize proposals to meet the specific needs and preferences of individual Partners.
Negotiation and Contract Management:
• Negotiate Business Development terms, pricing, and deliverables with potential Partners.
• Draft and finalize Business Development agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.
Business Development Execution:
• Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless execution of sponsored activities.
• Coordinate with Partners to fulfill their obligations and maximize visibility and engagement during events.
Metrics and Reporting:
• Establish KPIs for Business Development success and track metrics related to Business Development ROI.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on Business Development activities and outcomes.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Business Development sales or partnership management, preferably in the sports industry. Exceptional fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• In-depth knowledge of the football industry and its key players.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed Business Development targets.
