- MEP Quantity Surveyor
Kualifikasi :
Gateway Search is proud to work with the service provider for turnkey power protection solutions in their search for a qualified Quantity Surveyor based in Indonesia.
Do note that the internal company position title is Sales Support Engineer.
Responsibilities:
To check and review all specifications and technical requirements from tender documents
To keep track of all tender documents, drawings, and corrigendum based on the document control process
To verify the tender drawing/detail and prepare the tender inquiry.
Assist with tender evaluation and prepare tender documents for submission
Ensure all documentary evidence and contemporary records are properly documented, filed, and complied with for substantiation purposes
Perform quantity take-off and prepare costing/budgetary for tender projects based on the set timeline.
Source for supplies and sub-contractors for quotation for tendering.
Liaise with various related parties including customers, subcontractor to ensure project/tender requirements are met
Able to read M&E specification and drawings
To assist the Manager/designated staff to evaluate and certify completed work.
Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
At least 2 years of experience in the MEP especially with Genset
