Title: Procurement Manager

Location: Papua Selatan (Merauke)

PT. Global Papua Abadi is seeking a proactive and experienced Procurement Manager to join our team. As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies to meet the company’s operational and financial objectives. You will play a key role in identifying cost-saving opportunities, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance.
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide strategic guidance.
Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify risks and opportunities.
Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in procurement processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor procurement metrics and report on key performance indicators to senior management.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with a proven track record of success.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
