Lead the HR team to deliver and support all HR functions for the business to include:

 

Employee Assistance
HR Information Systems
Training and Development
Career Development
Organization Development
Human Resource Planning 
Performance Management
Selection and Manning
Talent Management & Succession 
Organization/Job Description’s

 

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications: 

To drive our business culture: (Vision/Mission/Values/Principles) 
Ensuringour HR strategies and processes align and support our business goals. 
Sharing our culture to all the employees during onboarding and orientation.
Have been in a senior human resources role for a minimum of 3 years in the leisure and hospitality sector.
Certified as a trainer in a minimum of 3 Human Resource and Training Programs.
 Fluent in Bahasa Indonesian and English.
