Deskripsi pekerjaan Customer Engagement Service HIP&TELL
Job Descriptions
Handle customer feedback, inquiries, complaints, and requests that come through the company’s various communication channels. These include but are not limited to email write-ins, Social Media platforms, and Live Chats.
Efficient in resolving daily assigned cases within a timely manner as required by Management while ensuring the highest Quality levels are met and providing the best customer experience.
Review relevant customer feedback & and complaints with the Manager and/or with appropriate divisions where necessary without dropping the ball on customer follow-ups.
Job Requirements
Strong team player, self-motivated & reliable
Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
Highly adaptable to a fast-paced & and dynamically progressing environment
Resilient, able to take pressure & cope well with stress
Analytical and effective problem-solving skills
Computer proficiency (Outlook, Gmail & MS Applications)
Able to work on night shifts, as well as Public Holidays
