Responsibilities :

Responsible in building, leading and maintaining external relations with investors
Draft and manage Letters of Intent and agreements for store openings, ensuring document completeness, while also communicating effectively with investors and assisting in location checks.
Analyze and investigate market dynamics, gather information about competitors, submit reports that have been analyzed to department heads
Conducting fundraising and investment strategies by leveraging the existing network
Responsible for clients who have done cooperation and payment, and provide confirmation to the finance
Provide and responsible in collecting the Letter of Intent from investors
Control Business Development-Investment Files by regularly updating and maintaining crucial data for Miniso stores in Indonesia, implementing a systematic filing process for easy retrieval.

Requirements :

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Law and Finance
Proficient in Business Law, Taxation and Financial statement analysis
At least 2 years experience as an Business development in retail industry
Good communication skills in English both oral and written
Good maintain in data and reporting
Good appearance, communicative, cooperative, detail and willing to mobile
