Job Responsibility

Coordinate with the team to search for vendors of goods or services (non-raw materials) according to needs with the best price and quality.
Review and ensure that points related to transactions are properly documented in the agreement.
Carry out the process of procuring goods or services until the receipt of goods is complete.
Negotiating with vendors regarding procurement of goods.

Requirement

Minimum bachelor’s degree in any disciplines
Have at least 2 years experience in Purchasing
Have thoroughness, good communication, and negotiation skills
Excellence skills in Microsoft Office, especially being able to process data using Ms. Excel
Able to work under pressure
Have the ability to speak English, both verbally and in written
Willing to be placed in Cikarang, West Java
