- Sales Manager – Freight Forwarding
Kualifikasi :
Responsiblities:
Point of contact for existing customers and pricing enquiry of freight forwarding services
Handle and assist on RFQ from international customers
Prepare sales proposal and quotations based on customers requirement
Follow up on sales proposal and collect customer feedback for improvement
Maintain good relationship with internal and customers
Handle customers complaint and to resolve the issue
Coordinate with operations team in relations to the implementation of RFQ
Develop new business accounts
Any ad-hoc matter assigned by superior
Requirements:
Diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent qualification and above
At least 2 years’ experience within a similar position in freight forwarding industry is preferred
Proficient in Excel spreadsheet
Proven record for Sales
Independent, highly motivated individual and very resourceful
Excellence in communication
