Working Location: Jakarta, Indonesia
Working Days: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records through bookkeeping processes
Prepare and submit tax reports, including PPH 21, PPH 23, PPH 4(2), e-faktur, and DJP online
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and deadlines
Manage and prepare financial reports including Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss statements
Oversee the billing and collection process, ensuring timely invoicing and payment
Assist in the preparation of annual tax returns and other related documentation
Handle inquiries and correspondence from tax authorities   
Provide support during tax audits and examinations
Assist in financial analysis and reporting as needed

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from a reputable university
Minimum of 1 years of experience in bookkeeping and tax reporting
Proficiency in Indonesian tax regulations, including PPH 21, PPH 23, PPH 4(2)
Proficiency in accounting software (Accurate, ECOUNT ERP, other), DJP Online, e-faktur, and MS Office Suite
Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
CPA or relevant certification is a plus
Having an extensive knowledge of tax law and regulation
