Kozystay is a fast growing early stage hospitality technology start-up focusing on the short term rentals industry (Airbnb, etc) for the next generation guests. Kozystay provides premium end-to-end property management, capitalising technology to streamline operational processes.
Kozystay is looking for driven and passionate individuals to join the team. We offer fast career progression opportunity, high performing environment, and good company culture. We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist for Jakarta Office who will help us with our day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:
• Create high-quality and engaging video content.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop content strategies aligned with
• company objectives and target audience preferences.
• Research trends, topics, and keywords to generate content ideas that resonate with our audience.
• Manage content calendars and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of content.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices of content
• creation.

Requirements:
• Female, fresh graduate from any mojor
• Proven experience as a Content Creator with a strong portfolio of published content.
• Capable of keeping up with Instagram and TikTok trends.
• Familiar with video editing softwares, such as CapCut or any others editing apps.
• Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for storytelling and creating compelling narratives.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to WFO in Setiabudi, Jakarta Selatan
