Job Title: Product Development Marketing Coordinator

Location: Kota Tangerang, Indonesia

Working Conditions:

Hybrid system: 3 days office, 2 days home.
5-day week, occasional evenings/weekends.
Competitive salary 5 million rupiah.
12-month contract, after 3-month probation.
Korean language course discounts.

Role: Drive marketing strategies for educational products and events, aligning with our cultural promotion mission.

Responsibilities:

Align marketing with product development.
Research market trends and needs.
Create and manage marketing materials and campaigns.
Organize and execute events.
Monitor performance and adjust strategies.
Collaborate across teams, stakeholders, partners, and investors.

Qualifications:

Degree in Business, Marketing, Design, Communications or related.
2+ years in designing, marketing, development, or planning.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva/Adobe.
English proficiency and strong communication.
Capable of multitasking and working under pressure.
Independent and team-oriented.
