Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in Quality Control within the 2W Automotive industry, with a focus on 2W product quality, particularly in the context of EV Motorcycles.
Demonstrated strong problem-solving abilities, encompassing planning, execution, and monitoring of quality control activities.
Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing principles and their practical implementation.
A commitment to achieving production targets while upholding high-quality standards, optimizing process efficiency, and actively engaging in continuous improvement initiatives.
What a day at work for you will look like
Maintain the entire vehicle assembly inspection process to adhere to strict quality standards, encompassing material preparation, production, finished goods, and delivery.
Identify and address any potential issues early on, ensuring the production process consistently meets the company’s quality targets.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the vehicle assembly inspection processes, coordinating with relevant teams and personnel to ensure seamless quality control.
Develop a comprehensive quality process plan for vehicle inspection, including the establishment of quality targets, the definition of inspection tools and protocols, and manpower requirements.
Take the initiative to recruit and train subordinates as needed to enhance the quality control team’s capabilities.
