Kualifikasi :
Responsibility:
Develop a consistent compensation philosophy in line with work culture and organizational goals.
Ensure that compensation practices comply with applicable laws (pay equity, human rights, etc.).
Use various methods and techniques and make recommendations based on data regarding direct financial, indirect financial and non-financial compensation.
Assess employee needs by conducting organizational psychology surveys to find out what motivates and engages employees.
Prepare, process and pay employee monthly salaries.
Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine applicable salary and benefit levels.
Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues, and best practices in compensation practices.
Conduct periodic audits and prepare reports.
Handling all HR operational process including managing BPJS and medical insurance.
Qualification:
Min. Bachelor Degree from HRM, Accounting & Statistic.
Min. Experience 3 years at the same position.
Good communication both oral & speaking (Bahasa & English).
Having deep knowledge about compensation philosophy & management.
Having experience creating salary structure.
Great data analytical thinking through processing data in Ms Excel.
