• Asst Manager, Operations (Tank Farm)

Kualifikasi :

Position for PT Agro Murni, Dumai Care of Mewah Group

 

We are an internationally established company with dealing with agribusiness includes  Oil and Fat Business globally.  

In line with our expansion, we seek suitably qualified individuals to apply for the following position for our new plant which located at Dumai, Indonesia. 

This position main function is to assist Operation & Shipping manager to lead and oversee day to day operation and tank farm activities by 

Organize and ensure efficient factory operation through proper planning ,  co-ordination, and collaboration within the department and across department. 
Manage and improve overall oils movement and related operational activities and ensure to preserve overall operation system integrity and security.

Including

Ensuring on time and correct final product delivery or crude oil receiving schedule with minimal customer complaint and rejection. 
Develop, improve, and implement  operation and tank farm procedure and practices as required.
Facilitate and liaise across departments for process improvements and / or drive change to achieve targeted results & corporate goals.
Organize and ensure sufficient manpower through people planning and training to ensure they proficiency and competency in handling day-to-day tasks.
Manage proper facilities preservation, maintenance and upgrading are carried out at weigh bridge, pump house and tank farm premises.

Requirement 

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
10 years’ experience in tank farm management, experience in palm oil refinery will be added advantage
Experience in tanker moment, tank farm management, inventory management, production planning and manpower planning.
Good knowledge of food safety standard and practices , Bonded zone, Shipping, local regulations, and international trade laws
