• Minimal Sarjana (S1)
• 3 – 5 tahun pengalaman

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

Deskripsi pekerjaan Manager Sales MUSE Property Bandung
Qualifications & Understandings
Maximum Age of 40 years old
Bachelor’s degree from any major (Business, Management, Marketing related preferable)
Result & target oriented with positive attitude and spirit
Excellent presentation, negotiation, conversation, & interpersonal skills, as well as verbal and written communication skills
Understanding of Project Managements Aspects (Pipeline, Timeline, Action Plan, SMART)

Experiences
Minimum of 5 years in Retail / B2B Sales, and 1 of which as Leader/Manager (in Property industry preferable) with good portfolio
Experienced with Spreadsheets (Excel, G Sheet), Docs, Presentation Programmes, and Project Management Platform (ex: Trello or others)
Enough understanding of how Sales in Property Industry works (Payment method, KPR, Banking Relations included)
Experienced in Analyzing market trends, demographics, persona, customer jurney, and CRM

Tasks & responsibilities
Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve sales goals
Leading and mentoring the sales team, providing guidance and coaching for optimal performance as well as setting up sales goals
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients
Overseeing sales team in the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, processing customer data and creating sales reports
Work closely with the Marketing division to help design and implement promotional activities across various media platforms to boost product sales
Establishing good working relationship with banking partners for KPR processes
