Kualifikasi :

Responsibilities:

Check and record transactions in the ACCURATE SYSTEM
Day to day accounting transactions and handle full sets of account accounting Accurate program
Prepare & check accrued Courier, royalties, sinking fund, service charges, electricity, insurance & other expenses every month
Identify, resolve and prepare the journal for any discrepancies
Maintain breakdown entertain expenses List in Excel for tax yearly purpose
Update & reconcile list AP & AR Affiliated in excel & Accurate program, confirmation with other companies every month
Checking Editorial expenses report compare with the actual invoice in Accurate program
Responsible for maintenance of paperwork and filling of documents all companies
Prepare and maintain a list of fixed assets and calculation of depreciation in Excel & Accurate program
Prepare month-end reconciliation detail balance sheet

Qualifications:

Maximum 30 years
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
Having 1 year of experience in the same position
Initiative, hard-working, attention to detail, and able to work under pressure
Having depth knowledge of GL, AR, AP, and Taxations
Good command of English is a must
Computer literature, MS Office, and good English skills
Excellent in preparing financial reports
Able to work as well as a team
Familiar with Accurate software will be an added advantage
Will be located in Jakarta
