Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

Deskripsi pekerjaan Receptionist Polygon Bikes
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
Respond to inquiries from visitors, clients, and employees regarding the organization, its services, and general information
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Provide administrative assistance to various departments as needed
Requirements
Minimum senior high school / Diploma in Administration or relevant field
Prefer female applicants
PC literacy and experience with MS Office applications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Able to Comunicate English min pasif
