Kualifikasi :

Job Description Summary:

Collaborate with operations engineer to ensure a constant supply of standard products, perform daily routine jobs as per monthly activity checklist and perform routine checks on equipment and plant & log required readings.

 

Duties & Accountability (but not limited to):

1. Safety and Industrial Management System

Ensure highest level of safety at site, for him/her and for other people at site.
To achieve zero accident & incident by reporting near misses and attending for ASU monthly safety meeting.
Prepare, sign, share, close Safe Work Permits; ensure that SWP is well enforced at workplace.

2. Day-to-day production follow-up

Load and unload raw materials and products by following SOP for uninterrupted supply of raw materials and products.
Communication with raw material and product tanker drivers for safe and efficient loading and unloading.
Strongly liaise with ROCC Real-Time Technicians /Real-Time Engineers.
Update SOP, under approval of operations engineer.

3. Day-to-day maintenance follow-up

Monitor and operate plant processes from DCS and notify for any abnormal alarm messages to shift supervisor.
Troubleshooting of the plant process in case of plant upset.
Communication with pipeline customers to maintain quality and quantity of supply.
To manage contractors under management of operations engineer.

 

Requirements

Minimum Diploma 3 in Chemical Engineering, Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
Understand air separation unit system 
Willing to work in shifts and come to the plant at any time in case of emergency
Being able to understand & speak in English is preferable
