Kualifikasi :
Minimum education Bachelor Degree Any major
Experience in FMCG Industry
Experience in HSE for at least 3 years
Can work with Team
Can speak English well
Certified AK3 Umum, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3, and others
Understand the management of company operational permits
Conduct safety Training
Have good leadership skills
Duties and responsibilities :
Planning department activities and establishing occupational health and safety (K3) in the company.
Monitoring K3 and environmental legislation and regulations.
Designing and deciding on the necessary budget and resource allocation and accountability.
Providing K3 and environmental training for employee competency development.
Implementing K3 and environmental practices in the company’s areas.
Making decisions regarding operational work issues in accordance with policies and the current situation.
