*Day-to-day Activities*

Align IT strategies with overall business objectives
Oversee the implementation of SAP B1, ensuring it aligns with business processes and requirements.
Manage the integration of SAP B1 with other systems and applications.
Manage user access and authorization levels.
Engage with SAP support for issue resolution and technical assistance.
Monitor the performance of SAP B1 and address any issues that may affect system efficiency.
Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects from initiation to completion
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Develop and manage the IT department budget
Optimize IT spending and resource allocation
Provide technical guidance and oversight for IT operations.
Manage IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and storage.
Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of IT systems.
Implement and oversee IT security.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards.
Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
Negotiate contracts and ensure vendor performance.
Develop and maintain BCP and DR plans.
Ensure conduct regular testing and updates to ensure preparedness.
Implement and improve IT service processes, following ITIL or other frameworks.
Ensure timely and effective response to IT service requests and incidents.
Communicate IT strategies, projects, and updates to key stakeholders.
Conduct performance reviews and set goals for team members.
Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures.
Maintain documentation for IT systems, processes, and configurations.
Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant staff.
Identify opportunities for process improvement within the IT department.
Work with company governance committees to ensure IT strategies align with organizational goals.
Provide updates and reports to company governance as required.

 

*Requirements*

1. Maximum 35 years old

2. Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Certification or significant experience in Scrum and Agile methodologies)

3. Min. 3 years experience as IT Manager or similar position.

4. Proven experience in developing and implementing Business Continuity Plans and Disaster Recovery Plans.

5. Proficiency in network management, security protocols, and data management.

6. Strong background in information technology with a deep understanding of various IT systems, infrastructure, and technologies.

7. Experience in designing and implementing integrations with third-party tools or APIs.

8. Proven experience with SAP Business One, including implementation, customization, and ongoing support.

9. Experience with ITSM frameworks such as ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library).

10. Implementation of best practices and innovations to enhance overall system performance and user satisfaction.

11. Skills in conducting risk assessments to identify potential threats to IT systems

12. Strong communication skills for engaging with project stakeholders at all levels

13. Thorough documentation of project plans, requirements, and outcomes

14. Implementation of quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet established standards
