RESPONSIBILITY :

Checking, and verifying vendor invoices, ensuring validity, investigating any discrepancies, and ensuring the invoice payment is on time.
Preparing foreign payments and making sure all documents comply with banking requirements.
Reviewing and assessing various payment activities.
Maintaining a day-to-day banking administration.
Input payment to the system on time and ensure that all transactions related to the treasury are recorded correctly.
Dealing with Deposit Release and Placement and Preparing all Deposit Requirements with Bank Officer.
Prepare AR & AP report.
Prepare the cash flow statement.

 

QUALIFICATION :

Bachelor’s degree in accountancy with +5 years of experience in the related role.
Experience in the manufacturing industry is advantageous.
Good understanding of banking, transactions, planning, accounting, and Indonesian tax regulation.
Ability to perform data entry accuracy & verify bills.
Understand basic accounting terminology and concepts, and proficient in Microsoft Office; Advanced Excel and accounting software (ACCURATE).
Willing to be placed at Cikarang.
