Job Title: Nutritionist (Catering)

We are searching for a passionate and knowledgeable Nutritionist to join our team and play a key role in developing and promoting our healthy catering programs.

Job Description:

Develop, analyze, and recommend menus and packages tailored to to sharpen our program while considering dietary restrictions and preferences.
Research and stay up-to-date on the latest nutritional trends and sciences to ensure our catering offerings are innovative and evidence-based.
Work collaboratively with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure recipes meet nutritional guidelines and maintain high-quality standards.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling content and social media strategies to effectively communicate the nutritional value and benefits of our catering options to clients.
Conduct basic nutritional consultations for clients to address dietary needs and preferences.
Respond to customers’ inquiries regarding nutrition and catering services on WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition.
Strong understanding of human nutrition, including macronutrients, micronutrients, and various dietary restrictions (gluten-free, nut-free, etc.).
Excellent research and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for healthy eating and living is a bonus.
Experience with menu planning and catering environment is preferred.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
