PT ANUGERAH SPECIA PRATAMA (ASP) is the parent company of 5 manufacturing plants specializing in flexible packaging (mostly food packaging for FMCG). It is comprising film making facilities and converting packaging facilities.
The company produces plastic films, printed products (in the form of film and pouches) and ‘single layer bags.
The company has diverse hi-tech machineries from Europe for its machineries which include: rotogravure, flexo, dry lamination, extrusion lamination, blown film and various bag making machines.

The Role:
As the Production Head, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our manufacturing processes. Your leadership and expertise will be instrumental in achieving operational efficiency and maintaining the highest standards in production.
What You’ll Do:
– Production Oversight: Lead and manage the production team, ensuring efficient and high-quality manufacturing operations.
– Process Optimization: Identify and implement strategies to optimize production processes, minimizing waste and maximizing output.
– Quality Assurance: Maintain and enhance product quality by implementing and overseeing quality control measures.
– Team Development: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, providing guidance and training to the production team.

Qualifications:
– Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

– Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of blown film production processes and plastic packaging manufacturing.
