Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer & Content Creator to join our team. This role requires a creative mind capable of translating concepts into captivating visual content for our products and social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, an eye for detail, and the ability to generate engaging multimedia content across various digital channels.

Criteria: 

At least 1 year practical experience as graphic designer (Design skills and knowledge)
Excellent skills in illustrator and indesign 
Proficiency in Adobe photoshop, illustrator, indesign and sketch 
Proficiency in dreamweaver, corel draw and exceptional innovative design skills 
Excellent skills with HTML and CSS and other graphic design software include video editing and content creation
Communication skills 
Excellent eye to detail
A compelling portfolio
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to speak and write in both English and Bahasa Indonesia 
Creativity
Analytical skills 
Integrity and leadership skills}

 

Responsibilities

1. *Graphic Design:*

Develop visually appealing designs, including but not limited to logos, product packaging, marketing collateral, and digital assets.
Create and maintain a consistent visual identity across all brand materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and execute creative solutions.

 

2. *Content Creation:*

Produce high-quality, original content for social media platforms, including images, videos, infographics, and other multimedia formats.
Conceptualize and execute compelling storytelling through visual content that resonates with our target audience.
Adapt content strategies for various channels while maintaining brand integrity and engagement.

 

3. *Product Management:*

Work closely with the product development team to visualize and create design assets for new products.
Ensure that product designs align with brand guidelines and resonate with the brand’s aesthetic.

4. *Social Media Management:*

Plan, schedule, and publish content across multiple social media platforms.
Monitor social media channels, engage with the audience, and respond to inquiries or comments in a timely and professional manner.
Analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategies based on insights and trends.
