Kualifikasi :

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily activities of the accounting department such as AP, AR Inventory, and Fixed Asset.
Record on all company income and expenses to Accurate System.
Ensure that there is a payment transaction that is an object of withholding tax.
Filling SPT, Document Vat in, VAT out and Letter from Tax Office and Others.
Prepare Sales Invoice with VAT
Input Data and Make Journal of all Transactions.
Manage finance from petty cash, make payments such as office telephone, rent, claim staff, etc.
Manage inventory.
Register staff for mandatory government insurance (BPJF/CPF) and pay contributions every month.
Reporting company employment reports (WLKP) to ministry of manpower
Reporting company investment activity report (LKPM) quarterly.

Qualifications

At least 1 years of related experience preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree of Economics/ Accounting/ Finance from reputable university.
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, accounting software Accurate and Oodo.
Understand with Indonesia applicable tax laws & regulations, and digital tax application (e-SPT, etc.).
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good Communication and attitude
