Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

Deskripsi pekerjaan Sales Manager PT Asia Fitness Indonesia (Anytime Fitness)
This role primarily revolves around sales Dept, hiring, and training new sales team. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for teaching and evaluating the sales’ performance. In doing so, you will provide feedback on your sales team professionalism, service, clients, and selling skills as part of that continuous evaluation. Therefore, you must typically act as a salesperson to a client base as well.

Roles and Responsibilities
Devise strategist for achieving sales target.
Meeting the sales targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting.
Overseeing sales, promotions, and campaigns
Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team
Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities.
Build lead generation and Achieve lead target.
Ensure the team member delivering desired results.
Conduct evaluations of the sales programs that you have designed and those that your team uses for their members.
Train new members of the sales team, make sure all teams understand and well executed.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 5 years related experience, preferably in Sales.
Had a strong sales background and can be a mentor to sales team members.
Ability to track business with a hunter mentality, build quality customer relationships, qualify leads, and negotiate.
Very good interpersonal and proactive communication skills.
Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the Indonesian and English language.
Willingness to work flexible schedule to accomplish all major responsibilities and tasks.
Excellent organizational skills, good computer knowledge.
Always set a standard in professionalism, appearance and attitude as expected of all colleagues.
Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
Possess a friendly, energized, and outgoing personality.
To be in excellent physically, healthy, and fit personnel condition.
