Kualifikasi :

• Minimal Sarjana (S1)
• 1 – 3 tahun pengalaman

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

Deskripsi pekerjaan Sales Trainer PT AVO Innovation Technology
Job Description :
Provide knowledge on new and existing product launches to internal and external parties;
Collaborate with Key Accounts to conduct store visits in nearby areas and throughout Indonesia;
Educate Partners on product storage procedures and the prohibition of share in jar;
Conduct online platform reviews to ensure good product sales execution;
Ensure customer service has the best service in the industry by continuing to do competitor benchmarking;
Conduct periodic tests on the CS team to ensure the same standard of knowledge.

Minimum Qualifications
Min. Bachelor Degree in Pharmaceutical Science;
Have a good communication skill;
Prior experience as a trainer or a similar position;
Excellent leadership, communication, presentation skills’;
Beauty Enthusiast is prefered;
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
