We need someone that matches the inquiries below:

Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. 
2+ years of experience in managing and leading marketing teams.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent understanding of market research, consumer behavior, and industry trends.
Proficient in digital marketing, including social media, content marketing, SEO, and online advertising.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Understanding of budget management and cost control.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and other relevant software.
Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.

Job description:

Manage the marketing team of 5-8 including, photo/video grapher, content writer, IT, content creator, marketing admin 
Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
Plan, coordinate, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.)
Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, rental and listing team) to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives
Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, and online content
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools
Hire, train, and mentor marketing team members
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve marketing strategies.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth

The salary range is 7.5mill – 15mill IDR
