Dibutuhkan Untuk Posisi :

• Order Processing Administrator

Kualifikasi :

Job Descriptions:
Order Processing Administration (receiving order from customer, proceed into Order Processing System Application, issue, maintain & distribute Order Inquiry, Proforma Invoice and Purchase Order).
Order progress monitoring towards productions.
Customer complaint handling and coordination with any related internal department.
To create shipping document bundling for customer.
To handle Invoicing Administration and proceed to customer.
 
Qualifications:
Placed in Semarang.
S1 or D3 from any Major/discipline or experience according to above job description.
Minimum has one year of working experience in related field
Computer literate (familiar with Internet, Microsoft Words, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel).
Good skill in organizing administrative jobs.
Highly motivated, honest, loyal and consistence in pursue a long term career.
Hard worker, able to work under pressure and long hour, proactive and fast learner.
Dynamic and good logical thinking for working in a fast working environment.
Have a very good command in English, both written and verbal, as you will be communicating with overseas customers.
