About the Role

 

As Associate Product Owner, you will enable the sales and marketing operations across Australia and New Zealand by being an internal champion of our marketing, sales and retention platform. 

This will involve maintaining our company and contact database, coordinating and implementing feature roll-outs to our teams, troubleshooting issues, and other tasks related to the effective operation of a large sales organization and its CRM.

 

Responsibilities:

Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market trends, customer feedback, and business objectives. 
Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure a clear understanding of requirements, objectives, and priorities.
Gather feedback from customers, stakeholders, internal teams to refine and improve product. 
Support with sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings, ensuring that development efforts align with product goals. 
Act as a point of contact for internal teams, addressing questions, providing clarifications, and resolving issues related to the product. 
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality features that meet user needs and exceed expectations. 
Maintain HubSpot users and teams, and their permissions. 
Assist Marketing Team with campaign preparation and Marketing Contact Management.

 

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years’ experience working with HubSpot CRM (ESSENTIAL). 
Minimum 3 years relevant experience working as a system/product manager/owner.
Minimum 2 years relevant experience managing/administrating CRM databases.
Working experience in multinational companies and with remote teams
Fluent in English both verbal and written.
Strong communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
A high degree of attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work autonomously with the day-to-day tasks
Strong interest in Developing Sales and Marketing Organisations
Strong interest in Product Ownership
Advanced Excel skills
Main working language will be English, so advanced written and spoken English is a must!
