Kualifikasi :

Requirements

Male of Female
Minimum age 32 years old
Good personality, honest and integrity
Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from Mechanical Engineer or Industrial Engineering
Good English ability with Japanese language as a plus
Good computer skills i.e. Ms. Office and familiar with ERP system for purchasing system
Minimum 5 – 7 years experiences as Procurement and Logistics preferably from mechanical contractor or engineering company
Strong leadership, good communication and negotiation skills and able to manage multiple task
Understand on iron and steel raw material, mechanical and electrical parts
Understand export and import process and regulations
Understand on warehouse management
Work location Kawasan KIIC Karawang or domicile at Karawang region.

Job responsibilities :

Demonstrate as a good leader of Procurement and Logistics department
Manage the entire process in the planning of raw material, parts and service procurement and supply chain activities, inventory control, logistics and distribution, customs clearance, ensuring effectively-functioning processes to avoid costly delays and lost opportunities.
Prepare and create procurement and logistics regulation and procedures following to ISO 9001 implementation
Ensure full compliance with procurement and logistics regulation and procedure
Demonstrate negotiation activities both externally and internally
Prepare and create warehouse regulation and procedures
Prepare weekly, monthly and annually procurement plans and progress report
Develop and manage the rosters of suppliers, elaborate supplier selection, and evaluation, quality and performance measurement mechanisms
Manage vendor contracts and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure completeness of deliverables outlined in the contract this includes ensuring that all vendor complaints and concerns are addressed promptly to ensure that the project continues to receive uninterrupted services at all times.
Maintain procurement files including all relevant documentation and vendor tracking system
Others as procurement and logistics activities
