• Production Management Control (PMC) (Mandarin Speaker)

Kualifikasi :

Job Responsibilities :

Approach potential customers from bidding (manual/ERP), closing PO, delivery, follow up DO, until payment matters
Able to make work timeline based on client’s needs especially on delivery and time management
Has well-understanding on engineers products, industrial spare parts, machining, plumbing, construction materials, electrical materials, fabrication and others products requested by industrial clients, while has strong network in sourcing those materials directly from maker, distributors, authorized dealers, importers nationally and worldwide
Able to make cost effectiveness and profit analysis to the company and propose quotation to potential clients
Able to explain to potential clients related product offered and understand purchasing and procurement process
Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors’ products, prices, and sales.
Improve the efficiency and manage increases earnings while the operation a corporation.
Ensuring compliance with a wide variety of purchasing policies and procedures.
Negotiating terms and conditions with vendors and service providers.
Makes a business agreement with suppliers , Researches contracts, suppliers, equipment and regulations. Evaluation of new products for the purpose of analyzing.
Order materials and services as per negotiated and appropriately approved and review quotations.
Responsibilities to make or issue Purchase Order (PO).
Handling complaints and claims as regards suppliers/service providers and clients.

Requirements :

Bachelor degree’s in Electrical Engineering with min GPA 3.40
Experience at least 2 years in related position
Experience in construction and engineering processes (Civil Mechanical. Civil Electrical and Plumbing etc) or experienced as a purchasing or procurements field in previous company
Master in MS Office (word, excel, power point) and Auto Cad, 3D drawing etc is Plus point
Has strong networks with industrial companies in Bekasi, Karawang area is a must
Has strong network with maker, distributor, authorized dealers and importers of industrial products and spare parts nationally and worldwide
Having SKA ( Ahli K3 Konstruksi, Ahli Tehnik Jalan) is plus point
Strong English command
Good project management and negotiation skills
Able to maintain relationship with clients, suppliers for business development and future opportunities
Placement in Cikarang
