• Division Head Asset Management

Kualifikasi :

Job Propose:

To ensure fleet/unit available and operate well by optimizing repair and maintenance budget, so the number of asset utilization achieve target.

Job Description:

Manage the planning of the entire treatment program; planned maintenance and unplanned maintenance of the fleet and other assets as needed.
Manage and monitor all fleet/fleet maintenance costs and supporting equipment such as daily maintenance, and damage repairs to ensure maintenance expenses within the budget.
Provide direction for the implementation of coordination on all aspects involved in the maintenance of the fleet and other assets so that they are according to plan and run according to the specified time.
Supervise and control break down time of unit to achieve asset utilization.

Requirements:

Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering
Minimum 3 years in Managerial level
Experience in industry: Trucking, 
Logistics and heavy equipment
Have Strategic Asset Management capabilities, know about Policy & Budget creation, and Have Cost control capabilities.
Have business acumen skill  and knowing detail about trucking or heavy equipment.
Knowledge of fleet insurance procedures, workshop design, Sparepart Management
