Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in technical or equivalent
Having good numerical skills and an understanding of statistics
Strong analytical skills and excellent problem solving
Process improvement
Attention to details with respect to documentation.
Must have a desire for achieving excellence in customer satisfaction, process and product quality and reliability textile industry.
3-5 Years experiences in Quality manufacturing industry

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Control, monitor and ensure performance of all incoming goods – each step of process and outgoing products 

Ensure all incoming goods (raw material) – in-process/each step of process and outgoing (finish products) meet to the company (Global) specification.
Liaise with relevant departments to raise supplier complaint if any material is out of specification.
Monitor and evaluate the production process on an on-going basis – compare against specification – take corrective action with relevant department to ensure that quality standard is met.
Carry out support functions in the production and manufacturing sectors, taking charge of production process and quality systems. 

2. Lead the Quality Assurance team

Coordinate a team to work for continuous improvement.
Motivate, coach, supervise and lead the Quality Assurance team and ensure that it is properly staffed with competent and trained people who know and understand their duties, responsibilities and objectives. Ensure that they are properly and equitably rewarded for their contribution to the company and that they have opportunity and support to develop and be promoted to their maximum potential.
Determine training needs for Quality Assurance staffs.
Continuously improve on existing QA processes and QA infrastructure to increase team’s productivity and overall quality of the product.

3. Prepare quality documentation and reports

Implement and maintain Quality Management System
Collect, analyze, summarize all the quality information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, corrective actions etc.
Update the Quality Assurance control plan for inspection and procedures.

4. Handle customer’s complaints 

Lead and collaborate closely with inter departments in handling, investigating customer complaint.
